Congratulations to Natasha Galarza on placing first in Pivot Point International's mannequin design contest, Funk Up Your Head. Natasha describes her mannequin design, named Green Ivy, below:

"A futuristic piece inspired by various shades of emerald and vibrant greens. Basing my piece off of a detailed decal, I transposed my design to resemble such creativity and uniqueness of nature. Throughout the process of creating this piece I wanted to showcase detail in the smallest places that made the piece become whole. My placement of intricate elements within my design were put in place to attract the eye from afar."

International Institute of Cosmetology is Connecticut's only Pivot Point member school. I.I.C.'s students are provided with the essential tools for the beauty industry through Pivot Point's learning system, which is part of the largest network of school in North America.
