L’ORÉAL PROFESSIONEL CELEBRATES NATION’S MOST TALENTED HAIRDRESSERS WITH FIRST-EVER COLOR & STYLE TROPHY IN THE U.S.

In February, L’Oréal Professionnel announced that Color & Style Trophy, the world’s longest running live hair competition, was coming to the United States. Internationally present since 1954, Color & Style Trophy brings together top talent in the industry comprised of teams including a colorist, stylist, designer, makeup artist, wardrobe stylist and model to invent the new cut, color and style trends for the year. We’re thrilled to announce that out of 226 submissions for Color & Style Trophy, IIC faculty Martin Gugliotti, Teena Gugliotti, and Bobby Blumenthol were particpants.

Gugliotti Salon & Spa competed LIVE in New York City on June 25 in front of a panel of renowned industry hairdressers. Hosted by industry icon and hair stylist to the stars Ted Gibson, the Color Trophy Judges Panel boasts some of the top hairdressers in editorial, celebrity beauty and fashion.
