Behindthechair.com's OneShot photo competition entries are open until May 22nd!


The #HotShot segment of the competition is geared toward real, behind-the-chair photos. To enter, upload your photo to instagram with official contest hashtags as well as #behindthechair in the photo caption. We are excited to share some of our cosmetology students' published hair and makeup work this week! International Institute of Cosmetology students showed off 2017 bridal trends on three of the models featured in the 2017 Stepsave/Observer's Brides Guide and spoke about tips for the big day and the looks featured on models Juliette, Alyssa, and Samantha (photographed by Mike Chaiken). The models were styled in natural-glam makeup and have up-dos featuring braids and modern-classic hair accessories.
