Congratulations to International Institute of Cosmetology students for being awarded Young Talent 2016 this weekend! Winners were announced in Paris at the OMC Europe Cup Reception of the Nations. Submissions were judged by International OMC jury panel, and announced Saturday, August 10th.
First place winner of the Young Talent 2016 award, Ashley Kraushaar, says that past collections served as inspiration, as well as guidance from OMC competition trainer Ronnie Hawkins.
