IIC's Annual Toy Drive!
The International Institute of Cosmetology is having our annual toy
drive from Tuesday, December 11th until Saturday, December 15th.
Just bring in a new, unopened, unwrapped toy to either of our campuses
(Plainville or Wethersfield) and receive a free haircut, manicure or
pedicure!
(All services are performed by students under instructor supervision)
Acceptable Toys
(Monetary donations are welcome)
Ages 1-3
No-spill bubbbles, blocks, plastic stacking rings, dolls, mobiles, non-cloth cradle gyms, crayons, Fisher Price toys, V-Tech toys, telephones, trucks, sight and sound books, pop-up books and See'N Says, stacking and sorting toys, board books, lullabye and classical music CDs, CD players, infant aquariums, non-cloth rattles, plastic infant links, puzzles, musical and/or light-up toys
Ages 4-8
Play kitchen set dishes, cars, trucks, paint sets, play doctor kits, play cash registers, dollhouse people, animal toys, books, Legos, toy trains, board games such as: Connect Four, Guess Who, Sorry and UNO
Ages 8-12
Art supplies and craft kits, jewelry making kits, Matchbox cars, puzzles, model kits, Construct toys, Viewmasters and slides, superheroes, game systems and games rated E, board games such as: Guess Who, UNO, Scattegories, Connect Four, Sorry, playing cards, New Movies: G-PG
Ages 13-Adult
Art supplies and craft kits, nail polish sets, board games such as: Jenga, Pictionary, trivia games, Scrabble, Backgammon, chess, Othello, electronic devices, portable DVD players, hand-held game systems, portable CD players and CDs, new movies: PG-13

This is a picture of last years toy drive at IIC. It was a great success...Just look at all of those toys!! I know that the friends and family of IIC can work together to make the 2012 drive even better than last year!!
